Pre-Registration Reward Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the pre-registration reward offered for the mobile application "Paid to Poo" (the "App"), published by Cyber Fitness - Discipline Rewired ("we", "us", "our"). By pre-registering for the App, you agree to these terms.
1. The reward
Users who pre-register for the App before its public release are eligible to receive permanent removal of in-app advertisements (the "Reward") at no cost. This is the same ad-free experience otherwise available through a one-off in-app purchase.
2. Eligibility
To qualify, you must:
Pre-register for the App through the official Google Play listing before the public launch date; and
Install the App using the same Google account used to pre-register, within 14 days of the App becoming available.
The Reward is limited to the first 100 eligible users to pre-register, on a first-come basis, and to one per Google account. It is non-transferable. Once the 100 places are filled, the offer closes even if the public launch date has not passed.
3. How the reward is delivered
The Reward is applied automatically to eligible accounts on first launch after install. No code or manual claim is required. If the Reward does not apply, contact us at cyberfitness@disciplinerewired.com and we will resolve it.
4. No cash value
The Reward has no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and cannot be sold or transferred.
5. Changes and cancellation
We may modify, suspend, or end the pre-registration offer at any time before launch. Rewards already granted to eligible users who met the conditions above will be honoured. We may vary these terms where reasonably necessary, and any material change will be communicated through the Play listing or the App.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Google Play
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Google. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
